Site Visit

Having initially discussed your needs over the phone, the next step is for us to carry out a free site visit. It is important to us that we fully understand what you are looking to achieve and to view the area where you are planning to site the trampoline. As well as ensuring that we supply you with the trampoline that is right for your needs, we will ensure that it is installed safely and professionally.

Our experienced team will be able to advise on your installation options.

Installation options

We can offer a complete design and installation service to suit but if you have your own installers on site we are happy to work with them, advising them as required and acting as project managers for the installation.

We are also happy to advise on and in many cases install the safety surfacing needed to ensure your installation is fun, safe and complies to EU safety standards.

Our installation teams are all Capital Play employees, we do not use sub-contractors and as such are experts in their field and will go above and beyond to give a perfect result.

We pride ourselves on our professional customer service and attention to detail. Our installers understand the need to finish a job professionally and promptly with minimum disruption.

Aftercare and maintenance

Our role doesn't stop when the installation is complete. Our commitment to trampoline safety means we offer an aftercare service to carry out annual safety checks on your trampoline or as and when required.

We will document any issues and replace parts where needed. Additionally we will provide you with a safety and maintenance checklist so that you can carry out regular checks and maintenance of your trampoline.
